Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us @ orders@stunnanolimits.co.nz with the subject line:

Online – Returns or Online – Exchange

Please include the following details:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Order number
  • Reason(s) for the return and/or exchange

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.


2a. Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges provided that:

  • Items are in original condition
  • Items are unworn and free from damage
  • All tags are attached

Items must be returned and received within:

  • 7- 10 working days from the date item(s) was delivered for New Zealand customers
  • 20 working days from the date item(s) was delivered for Australian customers

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For clarification, “Delivered” refers to the date and time your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier carrier, not the date the item was physically received by the customer.


3a. Items Not Eligible for Return

We will not accept returns for:

  • Sale items, unless deemed faulty
  • Damaged or worn goods
  • Goods not in original condition

We do not offer full refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless the item is deemed faulty and conditions are met. However, an exchange may be offered.


4a. Returning Items by Post

If returning goods via postage:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Please contact us for the return delivery address

We strongly recommend adding tracking to your parcel, as we are not liable for parcels lost during transit.

4b. Faulty Items Returned by Post

If goods are faulty, you will still be required to pay the courier fee at the time of postage. Once the item is received and approved under the conditions outlined in Section 2a, the courier cost will be refunded.


Exchanges

5a. Exchanges May Be Requested For:

  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect garment colour
  • Change of design
  • Online orders that were later confirmed as out of stock
  • Faulty goods
  • Incorrect order received
  • Pre-order items

5b. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges will only be accepted if the conditions in Section 2a are met.

Exchanges are limited to available items of the same value or less.


Full Refunds

6a. Full Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:

  • An exchange is not possible
  • A faulty item cannot be exchanged due to unavailable stock
  • An online order is confirmed as out of stock

If you receive confirmation that a refund has been issued, please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.


7. Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
