› We process all NZ orders for overnight delivery, however, this is a target expectations so please expect delays

IF you received a shipping confirmation from us please contact NZ POST for the option to redirect your parcel - alternatively you can do this online using your tracking number

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

I want to make a Exchange

› All good! As long as we receive your item(s) within 7 - 10 days of the courier marking the parcel as delivered, and the item(s) meet our conditions

› For Australian customers, exchange timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping times.

› Please note that the longer the return takes, the lower the chance an exchange item will still be available.

Can I Return an item

› Easy! Return within 7 - 10 days of garments being marked delivered and conditions of garments are met

› Same as exchange, timeframe will vary with Australia parcels

Faulty items

› If an item is confirmed faulty: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate
› Return shipping may be reimbursed after inspection

Refunds

Full Refunds Will Only Be Issued If:
  • An exchange is not possible
  • A faulty item cannot be exchanged due to unavailable stock
  • An online order is confirmed as out of stock

If you receive confirmation that a refund has been issued, please allow 10 working days for the funds to appear

I ordered the wrong size is it too late to change

If you haven't received an email shipping confirmation from us, then you still have a chance - Contact us right away

Conditions for Exchange/Return

We accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect colour
  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect order received

Items must:

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery (NZ)

Australian customers may have extended return timeframes due to location delivery times.

✨For clarification, “Delivered” refers to the date and time your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier carrier, not the date the item was physically received by the customer.

✨As a small business, we genuinely trust and value our customers. Many garments that are returned or exchanged are donated back to our community, so we kindly ask that all items meet our return and exchange conditions before being sent back.
