› Once your parcel leaves our premises it can take anywhere to 10 - 30 working days
› Tracking number is provided however due to being an economy it will be tracked up to a certain point

› We process all North Island (NZ) orders for overnight delivery, however, this is a target expectations so please expect delays
› South Island delivery 2-3 working days, however, this is a target expectations so please expect delays

IF you have not received a shipping confirmation, contact us right away
IF you received a shipping confirmation from us please contact NZ POST for the option to redirect your parcel - alternatively you can do this online using your tracking number

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds
I want to make a Exchange
› All good! As long as we receive your item(s) within 7 - 10 days (NZ) of the courier marking the parcel as delivered, and the item(s) meet our conditions
› For Australian customers, exchange timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping times.
› Please note that the longer the return takes, the lower the chance an exchange item will still be available.
Can I Return an item
› Easy! Return within 7 - 10 days of garments being marked delivered and conditions of garments are met
› Same as exchange, timeframe will vary with Australia parcels
› Contact us for shipping address
Faulty items
› If an item is confirmed faulty: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate
› Return shipping may be reimbursed after inspection
I ordered the wrong size is it too late to change
If you haven't received an email shipping confirmation from us, then you may have a chance - Contact us right away
Conditions for Exchange/Return
We accept returns/exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect colour
- Faulty items
- Incorrect order received
Items must:
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original condition
- Be returned within 7- 10 days of delivery (NZ)
Australian customers may have extended return timeframes due to location delivery times.

✨For clarification, “Delivered” refers to the date and time your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier carrier, not the date the item was physically received by the customer.
✨As a small business, we genuinely trust and value our customers. Many garments that are returned or exchanged are gifted back to our community, so we kindly ask that all items meet our return and exchange conditions before being sent back.

Can I get order updates
Yes! Order Status allows you to view your progress, updates and comments made by us - Log in using your order number and email used upon purchasing :)
Preparation time
Orders may take 2–7 working days to prepare depending on workload and stock availability.
Each order is checked for stock, printed, pressed, packed, and prepared for dispatch before tracking is allocated.
We always aim to have your order packed and ready to go as soon as possible and no longer than 7 working days.
Product request
If you're looking for one of our designs on a garment we don’t currently offer online, we may be able to help — though it’s not guaranteed. Some designs do have exceptions, so there’s no harm in asking. Shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
